We sell used books. They may show wear from use. Our factory service manuals have been used in auto shops and dealer service departments. They can have genuine shop patina, including marks, stains, mechanics notes, wear on covers and pages, and other signs of use.
Some manufactures sent updates that mechanics add to manuals, not always neatly. These can be pasted or stapled to the old pages. Books may have repairs made by mechanics or by us.
We have multiple copies of many of our books. Photos on our website are representative. You will get a book in similar condition.
All our books are grade Acceptable or better.
We Promise
Our Quality Control department inspects every book before we ship it to you. We do our best to ensure that each book we send out is complete, usable, and has no missing sections.
Returns and Refunds
30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you receive a book that is missing parts, is not the book you ordered, or does not match the description on our website, you may return it for a refund within 30 days. We will cover return shipping if we made a mistake.
If we accidentally shipped you the wrong book (that has happened twice in thousands of orders) and we have the book you want in stock, you may return it for an exchange instead.
If you accidentally order the wrong book or find the book you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the book purchase price.
